Our holiday weeks run Friday - Friday. Changeover day is a Friday
- Short/Out of season/Last minute breaks are sometimes available. Minimum 3 night stay. (You may stay less nights but the minimum charge would be for a 3 night stay.) But, please do contact us for details and tariff and we will be happy to help.

- We charge a non refundable Deposit/Admin Fee of £100.00 per week/booking to secure the booking
- The final balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your stay. (If cancelled - Refunded only if property is re-let)
- Preferred payment is via cheque or Bank Transfer
- We recommend you take out travel insurance cover in case of cancellation and we are unable to re-let the property.
(Please note we are sorry but dogs/pets are not allowed in cottage)
